Total volume more than 10,000 freight tons, including two reactor facilities, each weighing more than 340 tons, 9,619 mm long, 6,995 m in diameter.
scope of work
Stage 1
Road transportation by modular trailers from temporary storage warehouses in Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk to the port of Nizhnekamsk (Republic of Tatarstan)
Stage 2
Loading of equipment onto barges by the "RO-RO" method and crane equipment;
Stage 3
Water transportation along the rivers Kama, Volga, Don, Azov and Black Seas to the port of Tuzla of the Republic of Turkey;
Stage 4
Unloading of equipment by the Ro-Ro method and crane equipment in the port of Tuzla, Republic of Turkey;
Stage 5
Construction of temporary bypass roads, some of which had a grade of more than 13%;
Stage 6
Development by engineers of special retaining structures for lashing of reactors on a modular trailer;
Stage 7
Road transportation on modular trailers to the construction site of the chemical plant in the industrial zone "Gebkim";
Stage 8
Rigging of equipment and installation of reactor facilities in the design position.
